• Advise customers on tailored life, critical illness, and income protection products
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through the full advised sales process
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance at every stage
• Work towards achievable targets with the support of leadership and peer mentoring

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience…

• At least 1 years’ experience in life insurance sales
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Confident communication skills and strong customer rapport-building
• A motivated, resilient, and ambitious approach to work
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment

In return, the successful Insurance Sales Advisor will receive a salary of £30,000 – £35,000, plus the following benefits…
