This is an opportunity to get an unusually close-up view of hotel investment and acquisitions while working directly with the people making the decisions. We’re looking for a bright, curious and commercially minded Hotel Investment & Acquisitions Analyst to join The Signet Collection as we continue to grow our rather lovely collection of hotels.
This is a role for someone who enjoys numbers, research and getting under the skin of a business — but who also has enough imagination to look beyond the spreadsheet. You’ll work closely with our Managing Partnerand Finance Director, helping them assess potential hotel acquisitions and investment opportunities. That means researching hotels and markets, reviewing financial information, helping to build or report of financial models, and ultimately helping turn a rather large pile of information into something our Directors can actually make a decision from.
