About the Role

Bluestones Medical is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to work in a care home in the Manchester area, covering residential care, nursing care, dementia residential care and dementia nursing care . Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents in care home settings
• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
• Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Work collaboratively with care teams and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in care homes or similar settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
