Relief Mental Health Coach & Wellbeing Practitioner

Penumbra is recruiting a Relief Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Papermill Gardens service. This role offers hours as required, with emphasis on promoting positive mental health outcomes and providing person-centred support within a collaborative team.

You will work alongside Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners, Assistant Manager and Service Manager to deliver early intervention, housing support and home care assistance as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing.
