Disrepair & Litigation Lead – Social Housing (Birmingham)

Wates Group in Birmingham, West Midlands, is seeking an experienced Disrepair & Litigation Supervisor to join our team. You will own disrepair and litigation cases from notification through resolution, coordinating repairs, reinstatement works, and stakeholder communication across social housing contracts.

You will supervise the DLO and external contractors, ensure safety and quality, attend client meetings, monitor budgets and programme performance, and deliver reports and evidence to clients
