The University of Birmingham Estates Division is seeking a Fire Door Specialist (Carpentry) to join a dedicated team in Edgbaston. You will install fire door sets, perform critical repairs and maintain compliance with fire safety regulations across university buildings.
Role requires FDIS/BM TRADA certifications, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work autonomously within a live student environment. A full driving license and team leadership abilities are advantageous.
