Food Service Shift Lead – Drive Store Readiness & Service

Marks & Spencer is looking for a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation and keep the store ready for trading. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and step in when the Colleague Manager is absent.

In this frontline role, you will lead the team during busy periods, ensure a clean, safe and well-presented store, deliver a quick payment experience, and role model outstanding customer service and M&S behaviours.
