GTM Enablement Lead — AI-Driven Sales Training

9fin, the London‑based AI platform for global debt markets, is hiring a Sales Enablement lead. You will build our enablement function from the ground up, creating playbooks, onboarding programs and training frameworks to scale the commercial team.

You’ll design 30/60/90‑day onboarding for UK SDRs, AEs and sales leaders, run trainings on MEDDPICC/MEDDIC/BANT, and partner with product to embed product knowledge.
