Charity Shop Team Lead — Inspire Volunteers & Drive Impact

Sense is recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager to work 7.5 hours per week at our Derby Road shop in Nottingham on a permanent basis. You will lead a small team of volunteers, maintain high standards of customer service and help maximise income for the charity.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a clear communicator and enjoy working in a busy charity retail environment. Availability for weekends and Bank Holidays is expected, and training will be provided.
