Night Support & Security Team Leader

YMCA Bournemouth is seeking a Team Leader – Night Support and Security to lead the night team, ensure the safety of residents and premises, and support the delivery of night-time services.

You will manage rosters from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., handle emergencies, and work within Housing to maintain safeguarding and welfare. The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to community wellbeing.
