Village Hotel Sheffield is seeking a Leisure Operations Manager for Brand Standards and Member Experience to lead the front of house, drive member engagement, and host events.

You will own the member community, supervise front-of-house teams, maximise retail sales, and ensure a premium Village welcome across all touches.
