Facilities Manager – Hospital Services & Projects Lead

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities services, including ward housekeeping and patient food provision. You will lead several facilities teams, manage the budget for the site, and drive efficiency through cost-saving initiatives.

You will develop staff through training and coaching, align service delivery with the department’s business plan, and lead on projects within Facilities Services.
