We’re looking for an Export Specialist to join our Export Management Team, to support us in ensuring a smooth and compliant international trade across five countries.
Based in our Hatfield office (ideally), you’ll work as part of our export and import team, ensuring operational efficiency and legal compliance across all international trading. You’ll have the opportunity to continuously improve processes, enhance reporting, and directly contribute to high impact business outcomes.
You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders across our business from sales leaders to our trade compliance officers and the opportunity to represent our Group Export Manager when required. What you’ll do
This opportunity provides a hands-on experience, with investment in training and development opportunities to support you in developing your long-term career within global trade and IT logistics.
You’ll also be:
- Conducting analysis of Bills of Materials for large scale AI deployments to determine compliance requirements for exports, including
- Export Licences
- Re-export Licence Exceptions for US origin products
- Communicating daily and leading meetings with key stakeholders at all levels
- Managing queries relating to exports, imports and trade compliance
- Responsible for creation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Identifying potential opportunities for process improvement and reducing any potential compliance risks
- Management of system ownership for our export tool
