Assistant Night Manager – Luxury Hotel Ops

Montcalm Collection is seeking a dedicated Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager in delivering exceptional guest service, safety, and seamless overnight operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B.

You will supervise the night team, handle guest queries, manage late check-ins/outs, contribute to nightly audits, and maintain Montcalm’s luxury service standards with professionalism and discretion.
