Product Manager, Payments Platform – Drive Impact

Gladstone Software is seeking a Product Manager to lead a strategic Payments programme and drive delivery of enhancements to the payments platform. You will partner with Engineering, Commercial and Finance to balance customer value with commercial priorities and regulatory considerations.

You will shape the product backlog, align teams on priorities, and measure success by adoption and business value, not just release cadence.
