CSCS Labourer – Commercial Fit-Out �� Lincoln City Centre | Contract | Competitive Day Rate (CIS or Ltd)

Joshua Robert are recruiting on behalf of a major commercial fit-out contractor for a CSCS Labourer to support an active city centre project in Lincoln, starting early July.   The project is an 8-week office fit-out within a university setting — straightforward work with the potential for further opportunities on completion.   What the role involves:

• General labouring duties across site
• Material distribution and waste removal
• Canteen clean-down and general housekeeping
• Supporting the site management team as required
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience labouring on commercial fit-out or construction sites
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Happy to turn your hand to whatever’s needed on site
• Valid CSCS card essential
