Weareseekinganorganized,articulate,andproactiveAirFreightForwardertojoinourinternationallogisticsteam.TheOperatorwithinourairfreightdivisioncoordinates ExpeditedandNextFlightOut(NFO)movementsviaairanddomesticnetworks.This positionisresponsibleforinterpretingdetailedshippinginstructionsandadheringto client-specificprotocolsduringtheexecutionofexport,importanddomestictransit.Inthis role,overall,youwillcoordinateend-to-endexportandimportaircargomovements,ensurecompliantcustomsclearance,andmanageseamlessfreighttransitinlinewithlocallegislation.Theidealcandidate possessesstrongoperationalexperience,exceptionalcommunicationskillsacrossdiversestakeholders,andasharpeyefordetailtopreventborderdelaysandkeepclients fullyinformedateverystage.
KeyResponsibilities
ManageimportandexportairfreightmovementsfromorigintofinalUKdelivery, securingcargoallocationsandnegotiatingrateswithmajorcommercialairlinesand cargocarriers.
Deliverclear,timely,andconciseupdatestoclients,airlinerepresentatives,overseas agents,andhauliers.Conveycomplexlogisticsdetails,routingoptions,adhoccost requestsandpotentialtransitdelaystomanagecustomerexpectationseffectively.
Prepareandreviewvitaltransportdocumentation,includingHouseandMasterAirWaybills(HAWB&MAWB),commercialinvoices,packinglists,CertificatesofOriginand Carnet.Utilizinganexternalcustomsbrokerforfinalcustomsclearance.
Maintainstrongrelationshipswithairlines,groundhandlingagents(GHAs),andUK roadtransportpartnersforefficientairporttransfersandfinal-miledeliveries.

EnsurefullcompliancewithHMRCcustomsregulations,CAA(CivilAviationAuthority) airsecurityrequirements,andBIFAStandardTradingConditions.
Qualifications&EssentialSkills
OutstandingwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsinEnglish.Abilitytomaintainac alm,professionaltonewhenhandlingurgentoperationalissues,negotiatingrates,or resolvingclientescalations.
DirectexperienceinairfreightforwardingwithinaUKfreightforwardingorlogistics business.
SolidworkingknowledgeofCDS/HMRCprocedures,BIFAterms,andIATAguidelines.
DangerousGoods(DG)certificateorwillingnesstoundertaketraining.
Experiencewithfreightforwardingoperatingsystemsandothertools.
