Conveyancing / Probate Solicitor, Co Down, £Neg
Overview
Our client, a long-established and highly regarded law firm in County Down, is seeking a Conveyancing & Private Client Solicitor to join their head office team. This is a key position within a busy, supportive environment, working alongside two experienced conveyancers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
This role is open to solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE, with preference given to candidates with 2+ years PQE. Senior solicitors looking for career progression, including potential partnership, are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
Advise clients on private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through a professional and personable approach.
Contribute to the wider success of the firm by providing guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate.
Essential Skills & Experience
Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in conveyancing; private client experience is highly desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of property law and private client matters.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
