Lead Biomedical Scientist, Lab Operations & Training

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Biomedical Scientist Lead to manage day-to-day technical activities within a laboratory section, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. You will supervise qualified and unqualified staff and mentor others.

You will validate and authorise clinical results, advise clinicians on test appropriateness, and participate in equipment evaluation and the introduction of new methods. A strong CPD record and HPC registration are required.
