Strategic People Partner for Digital

Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a People Partner for Digital to translate business strategy into people plans and actions. You will work with the Head of People for Digital to drive strategy, design organisation architecture, and embed a high-performing, customer-focused culture in a fast-moving digital environment.

You will lead ER matters, talent planning, and workforce insights, partnering with digital leaders to enable transformation and sustained delivery.
