Staffordshire County Council is seeking an accomplished transformation leader to head a major local government reform programme, delivering two new unitary councils for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
You will work with Leaders, Chief Executives and partners to steer governance, workforce transition, service continuity and stakeholder engagement through vesting day in April 2028, in a highly visible and politically sensitive setting.
