L’Oréal is seeking an Education Business Partner to drive growth across London salons, blending education, coaching, and sales. You’ll manage 70+ salons, design blended online/offline strategies, and partner with Education teams to deliver training and turn insights into results.
The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 hairdressing qualification, has teaching or coaching experience, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and a full driving license.
