Clinical Lead, Mental Health Care Home (Flexible Hours)

The Jersey Evening Post – Job Boards is seeking an experienced health care professional to step into a Clinical Lead role in a mental health care home. You will provide clinical governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support documentation, audits and inspections.

You will lead on resident care planning and MDT meetings, manage flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and cover the Home Manager during leave when required.
