Paid Advertising Executive Job Buckinghamshire

Paid Advertising Executive Big Gun Digital is seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Advertising Executive to join our team. Based in Bourne End near High Wycombe, this role offers flexible hybrid working for candidates located across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. You will take ownership of multi-channel PPC and paid social strategies, managing performance campaigns that directly drive client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Performance & ROI: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and continuous A/B testing on ad creative and bidding strategies to maximize client ROI.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics using GA4 and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our wider digital marketing team to align paid search and paid social strategies with overarching client goals.

Requirements & Experience:

• 1–2+ years experience in hands-on paid media management (agency background preferred).
• Platform Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of web analytics tools (GA4) and performance metrics like ROAS and CPA.
• Certifications: Google Ads certifications are highly advantageous.
