Head of Housing Performance & Insight

Southampton City Council Housing is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and embedding of Housing’s Performance Framework and Customer Insight Model. You will connect performance information with customer outcomes to help senior leaders understand what matters and translate learning into action.

You will work across Housing to create practical frameworks and standards, use evidence to drive improvements, and support service reviews and quarterly action plans.
