Transport Supervisor

The Best Connection Dudley are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor for our Client in Dudley. The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis.

Pay rate & Hours:

• £14.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 till 17:30

Responsibilities of the Transport Supervisor:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily transport operations
• Schedule drivers, vehicles and delivery routes
• Liaise with customers
• Liaise with production, internal sales, after service and install teams
• main contact for the drivers
• booking and managing third party transport
• providing up to date cost for transport and installation

Duties for Transport Supervisor:

• Printing of delivery notes
• Reporting and chasing daily shortages
• supplying of driver details
• providing export packing specifications
• helping with with company annual stock take
