Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Bolton’s inpatient Mental Health Unit. The role involves leading assessment, formulation and prescribing of care planning, discharge planning and MDT collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
The post-holder will manage a caseload, contribute to service development, and provide education and training across inpatient teams in Bolton. A clinical Masters degree and mentor qualification are required.
