Community Neonatal Nurse: Home Care & Family Support

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Neonatal Outreach Nurse to deliver specialist care in the community and support families at home. The post holder will assist with discharge planning, provide ongoing infant care guidance, and ensure equitable service delivery across diverse communities.

Applicants should be registered nurses (NMC) or midwives with neonatal or paediatric community experience.
