Production Process Engineer – Lean & CNC Optimisation

Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced Production Process Engineer to support operational performance, process improvement and CNC programming activities. Working closely with Operations, Team Leaders and Production teams, you will help improve efficiency, reduce downtime and assist with new product introductions.

The role offers regular daytime hours with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
