Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced School Effectiveness Officer to evaluate school performance, lead improvement programmes and drive targeted interventions within Reading.

You will work with headteachers, governors and academy trusts to raise standards and improve outcomes, providing expert challenge and professional guidance across schools and governing bodies within the borough.
