What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with leaders to deliver workforce planning, talent development and people initiatives that support organisational objectives
- Leading complex employee relations matters, providing expert, legally compliant advice and pragmatic solutions.
- Coaching, supporting and constructively challenging managers to strengthen people management capability and decision-making.
- Leading and developing members of the People Team, driving high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
