Swansea Branch Operations Lead

Antifriction is seeking a proactive Branch Support Manager for our Swansea branch (SA6 8RA). You will assist the Branch Manager to ensure top quality customer service, run the branch efficiently, and maintain momentum in a busy environment.

You will engage with customers by phone, email and in person, use stock/order systems, and perform light warehouse tasks. IT literacy is important, and some leadership experience is useful for this in-person role.
