Food Quality Assurance Specialist – Packing & Compliance

Catering in Lacock, Wiltshire, is seeking a Quality Assurance Operative to join the team at the packing centre. You will perform routine quality checks on eggs, products and packing materials and ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.

The role requires meticulous records, handling non-conformances, and supporting investigations and corrective actions in a fast-paced food production environment. A Level 2 Food Safety qualification may be pursued as needed.
