General Manager, Group Operations & Growth

IXO seeks a General Manager to translate the founder’s vision into consistent operational execution across the group. You will oversee day-to-day performance, work closely with the Founder, and act as the operational link between ownership, management teams and employees.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ownership mindset, problem solving, people development and continuous improvement across multiple businesses in a fast-growing environment. Salary up to £50,000/year with bonus potential.
