Public Sector Building Surveyor – Refurbishment & Repairs

Catering is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to deliver surveys, assessments and project management for public sector housing projects in Oxfordshire. The role involves taking lead on repairs, refurbishments and compliance work, from inception to completion, with a focus on social housing portfolios.

Ideal candidates will hold a RICS qualification, a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent, and demonstrate experience with Local Authorities or housing associations.
