Senior Facilities & Soft Services Lead

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day soft services on a high-priority client site. You will lead a team of supervisors and cleaners, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service while maintaining strong client relationships.

This hands-on role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Monday to Friday pattern with flexibility for 24/7 operations as required.
