Branch Banking Customer Advisor

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser to be part of a friendly, customer‑facing team. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, help with banking tasks, and support day‑to‑day transactions at the counter in our branches.

The role includes a 35‑hour week (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm) with Saturdays on a rota, a tailored 12‑week training programme, and opportunities to grow within the Society.
