Part-Time Temporary Customer Service Advisor – Local Council

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council and High Peak Borough Council Alliance is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Services Team in Leek. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of enquiries across all council services via call, face-to-face, email and correspondence.

This part-time (up to 33 hours per week, hours negotiable) on-site role offers a salary of £25,583–£27,254 per annum pro rata and runs for up to 12 months.
