Senior Night Warehouse Lead – Chilled Food

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a proactive Senior Warehouse Operative to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities at our Nottingham site. You will work closely with the Shift Team Leader to keep goods flowing safely and accurately, with a focus on stock control and despatch readiness.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and maintain high standards for food safety, traceability, and warehouse hygiene across shifts.
