Duty Manager — Guest Experience & Floor Lead

Museum of Illusions Manchester is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily museum operations and team performance during shifts. You will maximize guest satisfaction, ensure exhibits run smoothly, and act as the on-site escalation point for guests, staff, and incidents.

As senior on the floor, you will lead staff during operating hours, conduct Health & Safety checks, and report incidents while supporting revenue targets and shift handovers.
