Night Shift Picking Supervisor – Lead in Chilled Warehouse

DFDS A/S in Grimsby is looking for a Picking Supervisor to lead a night team of 3–8 operatives. You’ll ensure orders are picked accurately, on time, and documented before dispatch, while maintaining stock integrity in a chilled warehouse environment (0–4°C).

You’ll develop the team, monitor performance, plan labour, conduct onboarding and appraisals, and work closely with warehouse systems to improve accuracy and service levels within a multinational logistics setting.
