Branch Customer Advisor – Banking & Community Impact

Nationwide in Woking is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, by phone, and online. You will handle everyday banking transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to appropriate services, while upholding our customer-first approach.

The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) with a commitment to keeping branches open and accessible. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in a customer-facing banking career.
