Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable City law firm has an impressive real estate practice and is looking to expand their construction practice

Role:

Working closely with the Head of Construction in a close-knit team, you will handle primarily non-contentious construction matters with scope to get involved in some contentious construction matters.

n

n
• JCT and NEC contracts with some FIDIC

n

• DD support

n

• Collateral warranties

n

• Professional and consultant appointments and sub contracts

n

• Dispute avoidance strategies

n

• Contentious construction including TCC proceedings, arbitration, litigation, adjudication

n

n

n

Successful candidate:

• NQ-4 PQE ( NQ candidates will only be considered if they have had a dedicated construction seat)

• Non-contentious construction experience or ideally also some contentious expertise
