They are now seeking an Senior Surveyor to join their high-performing Property Management team in their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio consisting of Offices & Shopping Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio
- Deliver value-add and commercialisation initiatives
- Manage rent reviews, lease events, and service charge budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and occupiers
- Support business development and contribute to team success

About You:

- Strong background in Office & Retail property management
- Commercially astute and confident in managing client expectations
- Skilled in lease analysis, service charge management, and reporting
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
