Interim Commercial Officer – Hybrid Procurement Lead

1st Executive is recruiting an Interim Commercial Officer to support a government organisation on complex, high-value programmes. The role is hybrid in Hampshire, with 2 days on site for the first month, then monthly, and a £550 per day Umbrella rate (Inside IR35).

The successful candidate will lead procurement, sourcing, contract management and commercial activity, applying sound commercial judgement, managing risk and delivering optimal outcomes across the contract lifecycle.
