Senior Mental Health Social Worker – Community Care Leader

The Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker for the Restormel CMHT within its Mental Health Service. This community-based role may require travel across Cornwall to locations not always served by public transport, and you will assess care needs and manage a defined caseload with ongoing program development.
