Alderwood Care Home in Colchester is recruiting a Care Assistant (Days) to provide personal care to residents, assist with bathing, meals, mobility, and daily activities in a warm, supportive home.

You will follow electronic care plans, administer prescribed medications, monitor well-being, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and work as part of a compassionate team with full training provided.
