We are looking for dedicated support professionals to join an established South West Service supporting over 48 autistic adults across housing, supported living, and residential care.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Autism Practitioner, you will help supported individuals lead fulfilling, independent lives. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering person-centred support following outcome-based plans tailored to individual needs.
Acting as a Keyworker, leading regular reviews, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.
Developing support plans and ensuring robust, accurate digital record-keeping.
Implementing low-arousal approach principles (Studio 3) to manage complex needs safely and effectively.
Participating in flexible shift patterns (days, evenings, weekends) and an on-call rota dependent on development stage.
What We Are Looking For
Active SSSC registration (or willingness to work towards it) and current PVG scheme membership.
Confident IT and communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
A strong commitment to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and continuous professional development.
Ability to work on your own initiative to drive service quality.
