Patient Care Support Specialist (Band 2)

A healthcare support role is available at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Southampton area. The successful candidate will provide compassionate patient support with daily living activities under supervision of registered staff, perform basic observations and assist with wound care after training.

You will assist with bed making, cleaning, stock control and maintaining a safe, tidy environment while working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
