Youth Services Leader – Employment & Wellbeing

Action for Children is seeking a Service Coordinator in Guernsey to lead a small frontline team within the Employment & Wellbeing Service. You will assess needs, manage casework, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven support for young people.

You will chair meetings, produce concise reports, and help drive service planning and development while meeting deadlines and safeguarding standards.
